Adam is a Doctor of Economics and a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. He has been working in the insurance market since 1992. He acquired professional experience, whilst working at a Silesian company called Feniks, and then working for 6 years as Regional Director at Gerling Polska. In 2001, he moved to Warsaw, where he worked for Commercial Union Polska (AVIVA), where he built ‘from the ground up’ the company’s individual insurance department, as its director. He then assumed the position of Board Member at AIG Polska, and was responsible for personal insurance products. As Director- General at Genworth Financial in Poland, he managed the company for three and a half years, building the company up from scratch, and enabling it to achieve a leading position in the bank assurance market. From 2008 to 2011, he managed the insurance companies, belonging to Signal Iduna in Poland, as President of the Management Board. Since 2008, he has collaborated closely with the Polish Chamber of Insurance, working as VicePresident of the Health and Accident Insurance Commission. In 2012, he was appointed President of the Management Board and Partner at the AhProfit consulting firm, where, over the course of less than two years, he completed more than ten consulting projects, including projects related to mergers and acquisitions for financial companies (mostly banks and insurance providers), industrial and service companies, healthcare entities, pharmaceutical corporations, and even fashion companies.
