About Confucius Institutes/Classrooms
The Confucius Classroom at Vistula University is a public institution, co-established by the Hanban/Confucius Headquarter of the People’s Republic of China, Vistula University, and Tianjin University of Technology, China, that aims to support local Chinese teaching and facilitate cultural exchanges.
Since its opening ceremony in June 2012, the Confucius Classroom at Vistula University, has been growing rapidly. We organize Chinese language courses with 5-6 experienced native speaker teachers from China, with plenty of textbooks, reference books and other teaching materials. We are located in the modern and well-equipped campus of Vistula University. An HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) examination center was founded here in 2019. In June 2014, the first “Chinese Bridge” language competition for high school students, organized in cooperation with the Chinese Embassy in Warsaw, was held in our Confucius Classroom.
“Confucius Institute & Classroom” is a brand name, which means quality. If you want to learn something about the Chinese language and culture, please visit us at Vistula University campus.
