An organisational psychologist, training, personal and career development specialist. She was a student of Management Psychology at the University of Wrocław, and Human Resources Development at London Metropolitan University. Since 2004, she has worked as an independent consultant, offering individual clients and corporations consulting services related to business psychology, career coaching, executive coaching, as well as solutions related to the development of management and teams. She is a guest lecturer at Royal Holloway University Applied Psychology) and the Polish University Abroad (Negotiation, Mediation, Organisational Psychology, and Management Development).

Experience and expertise:
Agnieszka has experience working in recruitment, human resources management, and employee development: she was part of the recruitment team of a new retail bank, recruiting employees and managers for offices all across Poland, and as an assessor for a consulting firm, operating assessment centres for large automotive companies. Whilst living in Great Britain, she has worked for a recruitment agency, managing the temporary worker and translations department. Since 2005, she has been employed in training and organisational development departments in the public sector in London. In 2006, she co-founded the Polish Psychologists’ Association (PPA), an organisation of Polish psychologists, aimed at helping the Polish community in Great Britain, volunteering as the President, Project Co-ordinator and, until 2014, as a Trustee. She also developed an innovative mentoring programme for the Association; and is a co-author of research and articles on mentoring. Since 2007, she has been managing the organisational development department at Greater London Authority, where she implements solutions aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction, development programmes (including management and leadership programmes), competency systems, employee assessment (performance management), and improving employee well-being, including employee engagement programmes.

In the private sector, she participates in projects (including an international project by
C-BOSS on coaching and occupational burnout), as well as collaborating with individual clients and organisations. Her qualifications and membership in organisations, include: a Master’s in Organisational Psychology (University of Wrocław); a Master’s (with distinction) in Human Resource Development at (London Metropolitan University); and the Matrik Trainer School (Kraków). She holds the accreditation of the British Psychological Society for administering the following psychological tests in the UK: Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step I and Step II, Realise 2 Practitioner – Chartered Fellow of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development), Registered Occupational Psychologist (Health and Care Professions Council), Member of the Polish Psychological Association, and Partner Member/Co-Founder of the Polish Psychologists’ Association.
