In the years 2008-2013, academic teacher in Social Academy of Science in Warsaw. Participant in the doctoral seminar on ‘Role of higher education in shaping a knowledge society’ in the Institute of Knowledge Society by the Foundation of Polish Rectors. Participation in the research-development project ‘System edukacji w Polsce, a współczesne wyzwania cywilizacyjne’ (System of education in Poland and civilizational challenges). Participant in the EU project ‘New face of accountancy’ in the Academy of Finance in Warsaw – under the project preparation of materials in the field of ‘Przykłady zastosowania analizy sprawozdań finansowych do oceny ryzyka w zarządzaniu finansami i wpływu strategii na wartość firmy’ (Examples of the application of the analysis of financial statements to the evaluation of risk in the management of finances and the influence of strategy on the value of the firm). Participant in the project ‘Innowacyjna i sprawna administracja źródłem sukcesu w gospodarce opartej na wiedzy’ (Innovative and efficient administration as a source of success in knowledge based economy) under the Human Resources Operating Programme co-financed by EFS – the project foresees trainings for territorial self-government staff and project management. For five years now professionally involved in management in educational institutions. Since 2017, headmaster of Primary School No. 7 with Queen Jadwiga Integration Branches in Wołomin.
