Beata is an experienced legal adviser, specialising in insurance. From 1990 to 2000, she worked for the Ministry of Finance and was ViceDirector of both the Insurance and the Financial Institution Departments.
From 2000 to 2013, she provided legal services for insurance entities, as part of her collaboration with international firms: CMS Cameron McKenna and Hogan Lovells. She later acted in the capacity of Director of the Legal Department of Pramerica Życie TUiR S.A., and, since 2014, she has worked for the Polish Chamber of Insurance, dealing in legislative issues related to insurance in Poland. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, and duly completed her judge and adviser apprenticeships. She has extensive experience, acquired during internships and training sessions in France, Great Britain, the United States and Japan, amongst others. She is a member of the Editorial Collegium of the Prawo Asekuracyjne quarterly, as well as an author of numerous articles on insurance in magazines, such as: ’Firma’, ‘Prawo Bankowe’, ‘Prawo Asekuracyjne’, and ‘Prawo Przedsiębiorcy’, in addition to co-authoring the book ’Ubezpieczenia Gospodarcze’. She is also a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics, and a frequent speaker at insurance conferences and seminars.
