Joanna Kalecińska, Ph.D, is a graduate of the University of Physical Education in Warsaw. She graduated from the sailing and tourism and recreation specialisations. During her studies, she obtained the following qualifications: swimming, gymnastics and athletics instructor, younger rescuer of WOPR, yacht and motorboat helmsman, and PZŻ instructor.
She obtained the PhD degree in Physical Education in 2008; the topic of her dissertation was: ’Sporting families: the environment of education for recreational physical activity’.
She is a graduate of Post-graduate Studies in Education for Family Life (2001), Annual Post-graduate Management Studies (2010), and has a MBA in the College of Management at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (2016).
Her professional experience is related to work in education at various educational stages (elementary school, junior high school, university) in didactic and managerial positions.
She is the author of 51 scientific publications, and has participated in 50 conferences. She is a member of the Polish Scientific Association of Recreation and Tourism Animation in Poznań, and is the Vice President of the AWF Warsaw Alumni Association.
