Piotr Wiench obtained his doctoral degree in Sociology. He is an author of numerous research articles and book chapters. He specialises in human resources and project management, digital transformation and social innovations in organizations. He is currently an employee of the Institute of Management of Vistula University, Since 2004, he has also been an expert for the European Commission, particularly for the Erasmus Programme. He participated in the European out research projects: CREEN Project, research on spread of creationism through the lens of the complex system theory, Department of Physics, Warsaw Technical University, 2007; Euratom financed EFDA project TW6-TRE-FESS-B2: “Communication quality and lay understanding of fusion technology: A quasi-experimental study of message formulation effects on attitude change”, He has been the head of the country team of 6th Framework Programme consortium “Society and Lifestyles” (2006-2008).
