Graduate of Warsaw University, one of the first in Poland to study European integration. He defended his PhD dissertation on the attitude of Great Britain towards West European integration in the Polish Institute of International Relations. He was a full-time scientific-didactic employee at Warsaw University and at the Warsaw School of Life Sciences. He worked in the Polish Institute of International Relations. He lectured in Turkey, Slovenia, Sweden and the Netherlands. Throughout his professional career he combined research and didactic work with practical activity. He was president of the Warsaw PLON residential construction cooperative. Two times he represented Polish interests abroad. He was head of the Polish Commercial Counsellor’s Office in Kuwait (territorial competences – Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Bahrain) as well as head of the Economic-Trade Division in the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Los Angeles (territorial competences – fifteen southern and western states of the USA). He worked in the Parliament of the Republic of Poland (a specialist for international relations and economic legislation). He was Director General of the Chamber of Foreign Investors in Poland. W 1994, he took part in the prestigious training of young entrepreneurs and politicians organized by the British Future of Europe Trust (London, Bonn, Brussels). He completed training for candidates for supervisory boards of state treasury companies. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Cracow Health Resorts Group. He was a member of the National Board of European Integration for Economic Environments.
