Rat race or self-fulfillment – a nationwide conference on educational goals.

Have we introduced reforms or deformations of education in recent years? What can Poland learn from the experience of other countries? How to educate the requirements of the labor market, while allowing individuals to self-fulfillment? Challenges of education of the 21st century will be a topic of the nationwide scientific conference "Strategic educational goals – Where are we? Where are we going?", which will take place on 9 June, 10:00 am on the campus of the Vistula University Group, ul. Stokłosy 3 in Warsaw.

The conference will debate the future of education – how to change, analyze and evaluate their impact on the quality of education and the direction in which education is headed.

– We are organizing a Polish education system in the perspective of reforms that have taken place in many European countries and the results of research confirming it or not, the correctness of the changes – according to the concept of evidence-based management and standards of public policy – says Anna Rękawek, the initiator of the conference, creator of the program Individual Capacity Management (ZIP) at the Vistula University.

Speakers will include: outstanding academic experts from the Polish Academy of Sciences, the University of Warsaw, the Vistula University and EFRSE.

The conference is set to launch a series of debates on education strategies in Poland. Her conclusions will be included in a publication aimed at facilitating self-realization and active labor market participation for graduates of different levels.
