110 students, with representatives from 12 universities, reflecting a mix of 10 countries, comprised the 14th edition of the Future Leaders Forum, an international student conference, substantively supported by MPI Poland. Young people who gathered at the event could share the passion of discovering the world of the Meetings’ industry. On display were great emotions, lots of positive energy, motivation, inspiration, and a unique opportunity to talk with professionals.
The Future Leaders Forum provided many moments and reasons for satisfaction at the venue – the Vistula School of Hospitality (former Warsaw School of Tourism and Hospitality Management). Our students and graduates showed their class, as they reached out for honours and laureates.
Katarzyna Kalinowska won the ‘Discovery of the Year’ competition at MPI Poland. She started her career as an intern at the El Padre Event Agency, but today, she is an Events Manager.
Taisiia Mezhirova, a second-year Master’s student at the Vistula School of Hospitality (former Warsaw School of Tourism and Hospitality Management), won the IMEX University Challenge competition, and will take part in the largest IMEX exhibition industry fair in Frankfurt. Natalia Haichuk, in turn, clinched third place, and as a reward, will accept an internship at the Club of Event Agencies, whose members are the leading event marketing agencies operating on the Polish market.
Meanwhile, changes took place on the board of MPI Poland. Our graduate, Adrianna Roguska, became the Vice-President. Currently, she works at the Ministry of Creativity event agency, as the Vice-Minister of Creativity, arranging events for the most demanding clients.
These young, creative, and industrious women are the future of the Meetings’ industry. They will set the tone for the future, and inspire others.
