Green relaxation zone on the campus of Vistula University

Contact with nature has a positive effect on our health and well-being. Greenery increases creativity and learning efficiency. Architecture students have just presented their designs of a green relaxation zone on the campus of Vistula University. You can see them in the exhibition space on the first floor, and vote for the best works.

Students prepared 20 projects. They were created in the summer semester under the supervision of Arch. Joanna Koszewska, PhD. The task was to develop a green zone on the campus, which would not only be a place for relaxation, but also useful for outdoor activities.

According to scientific research, greenery reduces stress levels, people feel happier, and are more creative. Organizing a friendly, green space on the campus, interesting form, and materials, can contribute towards more frequent stays of students in the fresh air.

You can see the projects in the university building, in the exhibition space on the first floor. Each work is marked with a number (from 1 to 20). We encourage students and employees to vote on-line for the most interesting ones by selecting the appropriate number.
