She holds a doctoral degree in Economic Sciences in the field of management and quality sciences (her dissertation on factors determining satisfaction with the work of employees in different European countries was distinguished by the Warsaw School of Economics as a dissertation on work satisfaction).
She has experience as International Cooperation Coordinator at the Vistula University, HR Manager of the Vistula University Group, business trainer, HR consultant, lecturer, coach. She gained her professional experience in business by managing a large team and working with the business and academic communities. She is listed in the database of the Ministry of State Treasury as a recommended candidate for Supervisory and Management Boards. She took part in international projects financed by the National Science Centre (NCN) and the Visegrad Fund. Author of scientific publications on multifaceted management of Generation Y employees from a cross-cultural perspective. The results of her cross-cultural research were presented at international academic conferences in New York and Chicago.
