Workshops for high schools

It is our great pleasure to announce that we started the next edition of workshops for high schools at Vistula University. We would like to shape the future of young people, supporting their development, inspiring, and facilitating their smooth transition to the academic world.

On March 6, we hosted 250 students from two schools in Warsaw and one from Warka. Our academics have conducted interesting lectures and classes familiarizing our guests with the academic approach to various fields and topics.

Anna Sabat, PhD shared with young people tips on building their own career paths. She argued that it is important to know one’s strengths and weaknesses as it allows to make the right decisions. Kamil Kuśmider, PhD talked about the rivalry that combines sport, power and politics and Jacek Mochyła presented the latest developments in computer games and virtual reality, while Sebastian Królikowski, PHD conducted workshops on acting and improvisation techniques, which are useful not only during formal public speeches but can also be applied in many other professional and life situations.

Our guests also visited the Vistula campus.

We hope that the classes conducted at Vistula University will allow high school students to discover new passions, develop their interests and broaden their horizons.

The next workshop will be held on March 15.
