DESCRIPTION OF THE STUDIES
The Master’s programme in Management at Vistula University, will not only enable you to supplement the knowledge you have gained during your Bachelor’s studies, but will also allow you to learn new material that is sure to help you achieve professional success in the dynamic world of business. You will be taught how to manage your career, in accordance with the principles of life-work balance, and how to act in positions of responsibility in management.

The Master’s programme is centred around teaching universally-applicable knowledge of how to manage contemporary business organisations. It is important to note that we strongly emphasise the international aspects of the above. This opens global possibilities, as graduating from Vistula University, will prepare you to work not only in Poland, but also abroad.
We emphasise practicality, this is why the Management (Master’s programme) is also available as a distance learning programme! The Management (Master’s programme) is a two-year programme aimed at familiarising you with the international standards of managing business organisations. The theoretical knowledge you will acquire in lectures, will find practical applications in workshops and seminars. Our faculty includes not only academics, but industry veterans as well. This combination of competencies ensures that the knowledge you will gain is reliable and credible.
The flexibility of the programme is its strength – it is you who decides the course of your studies. By selecting particular classes, you will be able to develop in your chosen sub-field of management.

The Master’s programme in Management allows you to select one of five sub-majors: business administration in an international environment, marketing management in an international environment, human resources management in an international environment, e-business project management in an international environment, and marketing and sales management in South Korean companies (studies in English).
Sub-majors are chosen in the third semester of studies.
SUB-MAJOR: MARKETING AND SALES MANAGEMENT IN SOUTH KOREAN COMPANIES (STUDIES IN ENGLISH) – NEW
A graduate of this sub-major is prepared to practise as a Marketing Director, Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist, and PR and Communications Director, in South Korean companies. People, with this sub-major, will know the basics of the Korean language and business culture. They will know how to create appropriate images of brands and organisations from the private and public sectors.

SUB-MAJOR: BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
You will learn the key aspects of international activity, which will enable you to either found your own company, or effectively manage a corporation. You will be able to develop effective business strategies and plans, know how to ensure the successful entry of a company into an international market, and acquire the best employees.

SUB-MAJOR: MARKETING MANAGEMENT IN AN INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
By choosing this sub-major, you will receive the complete set of skills and knowledge necessary, to manage a marketing department. You will find out how to develop and implement effective marketing and sales plans and strategies. You will gain expert knowledge of marketing management.

You will gain expert knowledge of building and implementing human capital management strategies and programmes.

SUB-MAJOR: E-BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN AN INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
